DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Spooky Season in the City 🎃 👻 \nStep into Hallows’ Eve\, Downtown Phoenix’s ultimate Halloween festival. Families can kick off the evening by grabbing trick-or-treat maps and limited-edition treat tote bags. At the same time\, adults set off on a frightful adventure through the city\, visiting participating locations that offer a spooky-themed treat for the occasion. With yard games\, festive photo ops\, seasonal bites and drinks\, crafts\, and costume contests\, it’s a spooktacular experience for all! \nHallows’ Eve kicks off at 4:30 p.m. at the Arizona Center! Families are invited to start the trick-or-treat fun by picking up a Hallows’ Eve bag and a map of participating locations and pop-up booths\, where candy and other Halloween treats await at every stop. \nAdults can also join in on the fun by picking up their trick-or-treat map that includes participating locations throughout the core offering ‘boo’zy-themed beverages\, flash tattoos\, entertainment\, retail specials\, and more. \n  \nThursday\, October 30th \n4:30 pm – 8:30 pm \nIn Person \nArizona Center
