DESCRIPTION:In this session\, Professor James Hodge of the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law will review select key cases before the U.S. Supreme Court in its current term with strong\, potential impacts in public health law and policy. He will analyze questions and facts underlying these cases\, assess what’s at stake related to public health impacts and offer his projected forecasts of the court’s upcoming decisions. By attending\, you will gain a strong sense of the court’s directions ahead on multiple key health topics and have an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments at the conclusion of the presentation. \nASU’s College of Health Solutions offers its Health Talks speaker series to inspire collaboration and conversation on important topics in health.
