Venture Café Phoenix, a weekly innovation ecosystem meet up that takes place every Thursday at 850 PBC on the Phoenix Bioscience Core, is launching a new BioPreneur Network to promote collaboration and networking among bioscience entrepreneurs.
Done in support by the Flinn Foundation and the City of Phoenix, the BioPreneur Network meetups will take place the first Thursday of every month from 4:30 to 5:30 at 850 PBC.
The first BioPreneur Network meetup will take place on Sept. 7. It will include four bio-innovators who will share their experience and lessons from pitching at the world’s largest gathering of biotech leaders, BIO International’s Startup Stadium. You’ll be able to hear from the 2023 Seed Stage Winner and what it took to win on the global stage. Panelists will include:
- Christina Forbes, Senior Scientist, ElectraTect
- Inga Rose, Founder and CEO, Reference Medicine
- Kiran Avancha, CoFounder and CEO, PriZm Therapeutics
- Timothy Marlowe, Chief Scientific Officer, FAKnostics
Future BioPreneur Network events will include intimate networking opportunities with other bioscience entrepreneurs in Phoenix and Arizona, as well as informative panels, demonstrations and other exciting programming meant to energize Phoenix’s life science ecosystem.
