PBC Research Connect

Driving Translational Research on the Phoenix Bioscience Core.
We invite you to join us on January 19 at 850 PBC for engaging discussions and a networking event for researchers located on the Phoenix Bioscience Core.
This event is focused on the Phoenix’s Bioscience Core’s research community to create collaboration and engagement between the different institutions on the PBC including Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, TGen and more.
This event is open to faculty, researchers, students and anyone else interested in learning about the translational research happening on the PBC. The event will begin with brief presentations about translational research opportunities on the PBC from various members of the community. Following the presentations, guests will join Venture Café Phoenix, a weekly innovation meet up and networking event.
Venture Café Phoenix will include discussions and presentations around translational research on the PBC.
The joint networking session including PBC Research Connect and Venture Cafe Phoenix will include tours of the ASU College of Health Solutions Clinical Research Hub facilities and the new Connect Labs by Wexford, Phoenix’s only life science coworking space.

Home to the highest-concentration of life science research activity in the state of Arizona, the Phoenix Bioscience Core is home to hundreds of researchers stretching across a wide array of disciplines from Arizona State University and the University of Arizona.
A core mission of the PBC is to create a culture of collaboration among academic researchers from all three universities, the private sector and entrepreneurs who call the PBC home. By creating this center of gravity for the state’s life science and health care research, we can improve population health, open doors for new research opportunities and discover new ways to work together.
