Venture Café Phoenix
We can’t forget out about our favorite Phoenix innovation meet up. Every Thursday, Venture Café gathers at 850 PBC to highlight the latest and greatest in emerging technology, sustainability and of course, biosciences. This week is a showcase of Phoenix’s innovation ecosystem highlighting the achievements of Lucid Motors and the University of Arizona Health Sciences, to name a few. This event is completely free and starts at 5 p.m. on Thursday.
AZ Shop Like a Local
Downtown Phoenix, Inc. is bringing an awesome local-first shopping experience to the Arizona Center, which is just across the street from the Phoenix Bioscience Core. Fifteen local retailers and artists will be on display during business hours around the Arizona center selling clothing, jewelry, art, music, books and much more. If you’re visiting Phoenix or just want to support local businesses, this is a great event for you.
Roosevelt Row
Downtown Phoenix’s cultural epicenter, Roosevelt Row, will be home to a variety of public and private events all week. Some of the biggest Super Bowl partners are setting up public and free activations, while other businesses are shut down for private events. If you’re on your way up to Hance Park for the Super Bowl concerts, Roosevelt Row is a great place to make a pitstop.
Super Bowl Experience at Hance Park
Taking place at Margaret T. Hance Park, the Super Bowl Experience will bring some of the biggest local and national musicians to the stage. From Tempe’s Gin Blossoms to Mesa’s Jimmy Eat World, as well as national artist Lee Brice, Hance Park is a great, free place to check out some live music this week.
