FOX 10 Phoenix’s Ty Brennan visits Phoenix Bioscience Core for stress testing with ASU College of Health Solutions
FOX 10‘s AZ AM crew paid a visit to the Phoenix Bioscience Core on August 11 where reporter Ty Brennan performed a stress test with the ASU College of Health Solutions.
The aerobic capacity test, designed to measure an individual’s endurance and fitness levels, was led by Professor Jason Siegler. The test specifically measures how well someone can take in and use oxygen. These types of tests can be used for both a clinical population and elite athletes.
