UofA College of Medicine Phoenix Welcomes New Faculty

New Faculty Reception at University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix celebrates the many new faces of research and medical education at the Phoenix Bioscience Core.

This week, the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix hosted a reception introducing eighteen new faculty members in the Grand Canyon space located between the Health Sciences Education Building (HSEB)and the Biomedical Sciences Partnership Building (BSPB). The atmosphere was casual and inviting, offering the opportunity for seasoned faculty, community members, and family members to connect, celebrate, and welcome new colleagues into the thriving academic and medical community.

The reception featured introductions from key faculty leaders, including Dean Wondisford and Dr. Chris Glembotski, who highlighted the university’s mission to advance medical education, research, and patient care in Arizona. They emphasized the crucial role that faculty members play in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals and advancing the university’s innovative initiatives.
