Phoenix, AZ – November 19, 2025 – Over the past two decades, Arizona’s three public research universities, the City of Phoenix, TGen, and other clinical partners have invested significantly in creating a thriving life sciences ecosystem in the heart of Downtown Phoenix.
This year, we are showcasing the highlights and achievements of the individuals and companies driving innovation at the Phoenix Bioscience Core, while providing an exclusive glimpse into what the future holds for the PBC.
The Phoenix Bioscience Core’s 3rd Annual State of the PBC is scheduled for December 18, at 850 PBC, and is hosted by PBC Executive Director Scarlett Spring. This evening welcomes leaders from across our ecosystem who will share exciting updates on the impactful advancements and dynamic growth happening within the PBC and among our partners.

The Phoenix Bioscience Core (PBC) is a 30-acre life sciences innovation district located in downtown Phoenix. It hosts Arizona’s three public research universities—Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona—as well as leading genomics pioneers like the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), part of the City of Hope, and the International Genomics Consortium.
